Is this a type of MOTH ?

Head to tip of wing about 2.7 cm

Can crawl, jump and fly.

No feelers or antenae seen.

Has a penetrating mouth piece under the abdomen like a 'True Bug'

I don't think it is a Moth ?

Based on its mouth piece ... it should be a 'True Bug' right ?

    Hello,

Yes, you are right, it is a bug (order Hemiptera). It looks like a lantern fly (family Fulgoridae), like this one.

    I hope this helps.

    Yours,

    Florin
