This is the House centipede, Scutigera coleopatra, common in the med and southern Europe - occasionally turning up in the UK where it is a very tentative 'native', but most likely these are odd introductions with various goods and chattels from southern Europe.
The feed on other invertebrates so are useful about the place. They can give you a nip, but they run faster than the wind so you should be safe.
It looks surprisingly similar to a variety that live in caves, though they are very poisonous and don't venture into light often so you are OK! They have longer legs and antennae for finding prey in the dark, very interesting creatures!
