Is this an Ichneumon?

These male ichneumons emerged from a Hylaeus reed nest...any help with species ID appreciated. I know it isn't yellow ophion and I don't think it's a Gasteruptidae. The legs are yellow, mesonotum and mesopleuron red/orange and face/eyes yellow rimmed.

Thank you!

As I cannot see the thorax, it is hard to tell. Generally speaking, ichneumon wasps have a small yellow-orange or sometimes cream triangle located on the center of the thorax. Hope this helps!
