hi sorry i can't i.d your bug fossils are more my thing but maybe if you could upload a better quality photo then maybe one of the museum experts will be able to give you an i.d , this is only my humble opinion but from what i can make out from your photo it could be a tick or maybe a bedbug also you could try adding more info like were in your house you are finding them if you have been bitten by them and maybe put something next to it for scale as this also helps the experts i'm sorry i arn't much help but if you can put more info and better photo you stand a better chance of getting an i.d.
Don't worry too much this is not a bed bug or tick it is Anthrenus verbasci the Varied Carpet Beetle. It's not a problem in itself and one or two are found in most houses throughout the year. However if you are finding a lot you should try and find what the larvae are feeding on and either throw it away or treat it. There is plenty of information on this fellow on the web.
