Unknown identity of Fossil

To whomever may identify this;

This is a body fossil found in the river Elwy at St. Asaph, North Wales. It is in Limestone which could be classified as a Biodismicrite floatstone according to the Dunn -Folk classification scheme, it does not appear to be a dolostone. there is a limestone outcrop upstream in cefn and this as well as the other local outcrops are of Carboniferous in age. In the rock there are also crinoid fragments. The rock is quite weathered. I have been unable to identify the main fossil in the rock however, and I was hoping that someone else might.
