I think it's a male Linyphia triangularis - males aren't as strongly marked as females. It looks like a typical linyphiid web, from what I can see of it. But I am puzzled by the orientation of the photographs. L triangularis builds a horizontal sheet web and hangs from the underside of it, but this spider seems to be against a window - I can see a reflection. But if it's searching for a mate it could go anywhere.
