Bug identification

Can anyone identify this bug for me please?  Sorry for the quality of the photo but these things are tiny, barely 2mm long.  There are lots of them living on carrot leaves in my veg plot.  We've had them before and they seem to cause the leaves to go yellow and die back.  I can't find any info on them on gardening sites.

It is an aphid. I was just wondering if a specimen like this was moving at all, because it rather looks like a 'mummy', an aphid parasitised by a braconid wasp.

The holes are the way out for the adult parasitoids. Or even for hyperparasitoids, that actually parasitised the parasitoids.
