Help to identify this beetle

Hi, I keep finding these beetles all over the downstairs of my house.  They are either in the hallway or lounge and always seem to be laying on their backs dead.  Can't say I have seen many that are still alive, but those that are, are still laying on their backs appearing dead.

I have havd them for 2 years know in the summer.  I attach a photo to help.

Regards

Not sure on this one but I think it may be a type of bee beetle. It is the right time of year for them to be dying off. Are the live ones that you have seen hairier than this specimen?

This is the vine weevil, Otiorhynchus sulcatus.  It is probably coming out of pot plants.  The grubs are white and they feed on the roots, ultimately killing the plants.  It's possible that these are coming in from outside but houseplants are a more likely source.
