Unusual Orchid

Found this orchid amongst numerous common spotted orchids at Brodsworth Hall. The top petal of the flower is folded behind the flower head, the white unopened buds above are part of the same plant. Will be heading back in a few weeks to take another look and get some more pictures.

your orchid that is just opening its flower is a Bee Orchid (Ophrys apifera)...well worth going back for once its fully in bloom

this one's a bit odd marking-wise....they can be very variable!
