Unknown plant - Kent

Could someone please ID this plant? It's a couple of inches high at the moment and growing among some geraniums in our flower bed in Kent, UK and may well have been planted there by us - but we're no longer certain of its identity.

Many thanks,

    Hi Barry,

The only thing I can think of at the moment is Sedum, one of the taller autumn flowering "Ice Plant" type. These have now been renamed Hylotelephium, but are still sold as Sedum. The way the leaves are holding the raindrops (we had plenty of those yesterday!) like pearls supports this id.

The leaves should feel waxy, almost squeaky, and succulent.
