Mosquito? Crane fly? Something else?

Hello!

While looking for interesting and flashy mosquito species online, I stumbled upon these photos. Since they were not taken by a naturalist, the species has not been identified by the photographer, and I myself am having a hard time recognizing what it might be. I apologize in advance for the low quality. Hopefully someone here can help pin-point what it might be:

Additionally, if any of you can point me towards some interesting-looking mosquito species, I would really appreciate it! I already know of Aedes albopictus, Sabethes cyaneus, Sabethes gymnothorax, Toxorhynchites haemorroidalis, Toxorhynchites rutilus, Psorophora ciliata, and Psorophora ferox, all of which I'm rather fond of.

Thanks in advance!
