I found this fossil at Hornsea in East Yorkshire. I presume it is part of an ammonite but looking at the the size of the fragment and the curvature of the upper edge it appears a lot larger than ones found normally on the east coast. Can you confirm please?

I have attached three further photos. One showing the reverse and the other two side on.
Thanks for the reply. Seems like ther are some large ammonite fragments in the drift.
