Cricket?

Hello... Please can anyone help identify this cricket?

It jumped into my car yesterday  at 11.15 am  (23/08/2016).

It was sunny and very hot!

It first landed on my shoulder  then jumped to the inside panel of the drivers door!

I was driving through West End, Woking, Surrey.

His body length was about 1 1/2 inchs.

Many thanks

Jax

This is a species of Notonecta, an aquatic true bug (Hemiptera). It flies fairly well, though rarely.

    Sometimes called "Backswimmers".
