Dragonfly ID (Sympetrum fonscolombii?)

Hi, I took these photos of a dragonfly on the Greek island of Paros early this August. Any help identifying it, the little research I've done has lead me to believe it may be a female red-veined darter (Sympetrum fonscolombii) but this is mainly pure guesswork. Thanks!

I think you could be correct ,it looks very similar to the females Iv'e seen in the Greek islands ,but the eyes on your dragonfly, are less red on top ,which suggests it is could be a Southern Darter ( Sympetrum meridionale ) .The females of all the darters are quite similar ,but these two species have the blue patches on the lower part of the eye .
