please can someone help identify these bugs in my kitchen

Hi,

 

Last night I found the following bugs on the wall in my kitchen:

 

Small dark brown/black worm/larvae like bugs, about 0.5mm wide, about 5mm long.

 

Some were crawling along the walls (like a caterpillar i.e. arching back and sliding along, rather than with legs) and some were hanging from the celing on threads.

Please can anyone help to identify these and how to get rid of them?  Are the dangerous i.e. o they bite/burrow in skin or can they infest my pets etc?

  • Looks like some kind of moth caterpillar, difficult to tell exactly what from video footage. Can you get a close up photo of one? Wont be harmful to humans or pets Do you know what they were feeding on?

  • It moves like a looper caterpillar (Geometridae).
