Insect Identification

I found this insect on my desk at work. I don't know if it got on to me while cycling to work, or if it crawled out of the woodwork here. The body length (without antenae) is about 8mm. Not having a suitable container (I discovered it could climb vertical surfaces) I put it outside. Not very fast moving. It looks like it might be a longhorn or sawyer beetle, but most of the stuff on the internet seems to be related to the USA. It would be good to know whether we should be concerned about an infestation or not :-)
