What type of rock is this?

Can anyone tell me what kind of rock this is? It was found near the Arizona--New Mexico border. It can scratch glass. Thank you!

The orangey translucent mineral is quartz, in a botryoidal form. The opaque white mineral could be quartz, too, or it could be a feldspar, or perhaps calcite/barytes / other vein-filling mineral - can't really be sure just from a photo.

The botryoidal quartz would have been deposited on the walls of a small cavity, such as occurs in veins or fault breccia. The rest of it might have been formed in the same way, but could also be original rock of a different and possibly much earlier origin, eg. igneous.
