Big Bone & Hippo Tusk

Can anyone identify this bone and tusk? Found on an old boneworks site. Didn't photograph with a measure but bone is about 14" long and tusk(?) is about 12" long but cut one end and broken the other so probably much longer originally.

That looks to be a hippo tusk and possibly a hippo humerous but I'm not so sure about that as it is incomplete and I don't have one to compare it with.  Where is your old boneworks site?

Hi! Brown_envelopes being from Wigan myself and looking for similar stuff I must first congratulate you on such a dibs this is very perculiar and rare for Wigan! As you probably know a lot of the remains from pre glacial/interglacial periods are very rare due to the removal and deterioration from the last Ice she.... as said this is brilliant  and it would be great if you could tenon touch through my email to discuss these remains further in detail!

    All the best, TJ
