Tiny dinosaur head or just uncanny resemblance?

Found earlier in the year along a waterway in ancient woodland in North West UK. Very small find appears to have bone structures within including spinal column and ground down teeth on what appears to be lower jaw with corresponding strata. The proportions and ratios are consistent, looking overall like a partially crushed reptile-like small skull. Interested in your feedback... Many thanks

Is there a way I can directly upload a video file to here without having to use a hosting site?
