Hi Can anyone help identify this mystery plant?

Good Afternoon All

This is my first time on a forum so bear with me

I Found this growing in a vegetable bed this summer

the bed is made up from mostly compost (from a compost bin) that a friend didn't want, they had just moved into the house and therefore cant tell me what went into the compost bin.

i have had all sorts of free plants from this bed so far but have no idea what this is (see attached)

The plant is over 30cm high with a main thick straight stem 8mm across and a sort of crown of leaves with originally one central flower now four flowers coming off that central stem.

they are white flowers about 4-5cm long, they dont seem to open very far about 8cm across (like and seem fairly flimsy, but that maybe because they are in a green house) and only seem to stay open one day

I'm sort of hoping it will be some sort of vegetable, i have auberguines and squash trhat have come from this compost heap

your help would be greatly appreciated

thank  you
