Black widow or false widow?

I was walking into the bathroom when I felt something on my leg, I quickly brushed it off with my foot and found this. I didn't feel a bite or a "prick" feeling like everyone says you do when you get bit.

Still wondering what it is, I have seen Black Widows before with the usual red hour glass on it's belly, this one does not have one which makes me think it's a false widow.

Here's some pictures:

Can't hardly see but there are no markings on it's back.

You can't really see the spider itself but that's the back of the abdomen which is just a brownish color. I apologize for the terrible pictures, best I could do. Let me know what you think!

The photos are not clear enough for a species ID, but the spider looks like a black/false widow. Black widow if your kitchen is in North America, false widow if it's here in Britain. If what I see trhough the plastic in the second photo is the spider's belly, then it's a false widow (Steatoda sp), not a black widow.
