Any help to identify this spider please??

Found this in my bed last night fought it was a false widow but no markings then someone said they don't always have markings there's several species :/ bit confused now many thanks xx

    Hi,

     

    Is there any chance you could take a pic from directly above the spider, the distortion from looking through the glass makes an ID very difficult...it could be one of several species.

     

    Regarding false widows, whilst a bite would be very unwelcome, they aren't dangerous, certainly not deadly. Many of us live side by side with them every day, even if they are established where you live, it is still very unlikely indeed that you would be bitten. Some false widows, like Steatoda bipuncta, are harmless.
