Is there any chance you could take a pic from directly above the spider, the distortion from looking through the glass makes an ID very difficult...it could be one of several species.
Regarding false widows, whilst a bite would be very unwelcome, they aren't dangerous, certainly not deadly. Many of us live side by side with them every day, even if they are established where you live, it is still very unlikely indeed that you would be bitten. Some false widows, like Steatoda bipuncta, are harmless.
HHi I didn't really want to keep him under the glass for too long so we set him free away from the house I do have one but not sure it's goin to be any use as a bit blurry think my partner got a Better picture but his out ATM I'll send the one I have xx
