Tree ID in Burgess Park, South London

Can you tell me what this tree is in Burgess Park South London. I'm stuck!

      Hows about Ailanthus altissima?

          AFAIK, A. altissima is the only species of the genus grown in the UK, apart from maybe in arboreta.

          AFAIK, glands in that position on leaflets of pinnate leaves is a distinguishing character for A. altissima in  the UK.

           

          As with a lot of invasive plants, the degree of invasiveness depends on the ecosystem. In the UK, I have not personally known it to become invasive - I have only ever seen individual trees.
