Turkish Millipede & Centipede?

These specimens were found near Dalyan in the Mugla province of Turkey a few days ago.

I believe the second photo is a millipede of the genus Melaphe. From what I have been able to research Melaphe vestita is a common species in Turkey, but as far as I have been able to find out that species is typically black with yellow spots, and the specimen I photographed was black with red spots. I am therefore wondering if this is Melaphe castianeira, or is it something else?

I assume the first photo is a centipede of the genus Scolopendra. Unfortunately the photo is very blurred, but I wondered if anyone could suggest or confirm the species. I suppose Scolopendra cingulata is possible, but I have also seen reference to Scolopendra valida and Scolopendra clavipes from Turkey. Is there anyway to determine between these three from this blurred photo? What are the key ID features?
