It's not a great photo, but it does look like Steatoda nobilis, perhaps not yet fully grown due to the stripey legs.
If you have any concerns, they're easy enough to scoop off of walls in a conically folded piece of paper & dump out of the window/door.
They don't really live up to their fearsome reputation & are not aggressive. I have an adult female in permanent residence in my front room. She tends to stay put in one spot, so I'm happy to leave her be. Any wandering males/itenerant individuals found indoors are ejected.
