Thames foreshore finds

A few months ago I found a 4cm long piece of f trigonal quartz crystal -nearly translucent on the foreshore of River Thames. Does anyone know may have grown in this area or was washed by the tides from somewhere else.

Today, in the same section of the foreshore of the Thames (Gabriel's Wharf) I found a conulus fossilised sea urchin. It's approx 3cm tall and 2cm diameter base. It's very smooth and with a chipped area that shows a sponge like structure.
