Appeared in the office in Welwyn Garden City I thought it might be a German cockroach Blatella germanica. Ectobius sp has been suggested from a Flickr grouphttp://www.flickr.com/photos/12291792@N05/9940193273/in/photostream/?deletetag=12286452-9940193273-7130075&magic_cookie=08f1d15c0dc19f785b3d0457e33d6e02
Yep, that's Ectobius. Needs to be moved from 'beetles' to whereever cockroachy things go
Thanks Max. Not sure where the cockroach should migrate to?
I now have a shot of an adult from the same location.
My guess is Tawny Cockroach Ectobius pallidus but a couple of points don't seem right. No spots visible on mymph or adult and they were found in an office building, it is reported that none of the three UK Ectobius spp are found in buildings.
