It is very small (1 inch) and was found on the beach in Peacehaven. I found several interesting things by the undercliff walk starting behind Brighton Marina (East Sussex).
Can someone help me identifying this?
Thanks to this site, I have already identified two Echinocorys Leske I cleaned from bits of chalk that fell from the cliff. I also found some old shells some other weird things that I will post later here.
Just for the sake of clarity, in stating 'Echinocorys Leske' you are being perfectly correct, but orindarily we would not include the author when mentioning a genus. Some non-palaeontologists (you can't please all the people all the time) would read your phrase and think you are mentioning a particular species (Leske) of Echinocorys.
