ID of this plant, please

This plant has sprung up beneath our bird-seed feeder. It is clearly a chicory of some sort as the flower is very similar to the chicory that grows in another part of the garden, although maybe smaller. The foliage, however, is quite different, being smaller and greener, with the flower buds growing in clumps.

Perhaps someone can give it a proper name?
