Tooth Identification

Hello,

I have just returned from travelling South America.  I spent two months in Bolivia and I'm guessing most paleontologists have heard about a unique area called Torotoro National Park which is famous for both geological formations and dinosaur footprints everywhere in the rocks near rivers there.

Whilst walking along one of the areas with with the river beds on the way to the Caverna de Umajalonta cave, I randomly spotted on the ground by the path something that could be a fossil.  When I looked closer at it it seemed to clearly be a tooth and maybe one from a raptor.  Could you half me identify it with the enclosed pics?  The feel is quite fibrous rather than smooth like stone.
