I just named him Roger cause I felt I needed to name the poor thing after I had caught him and have been holding him captive for 2 days.
I found him wandering on the side of my bed and he scared the sherbet out of me
He's fairly quick, not sure if he was practicing for the marathon today, if so I've had him held in customs, so he'll need to rechedule..
He is long and his neck is very flexible, caught him bathing himself, oops, blush...
He is about the lengh of a 5pence coin (UK money £).
His color is a dark brown or like a shiny dark red, think it's aunty is a cockroach, same coloring and gave me the same type of fright.
I gave him a bit of bread and some water on cottonwhool as I don't know what to do with this poor little guy, I suspect he might think of calling an attorney soon to bail him out and don't want him to sue me for false imprisonment...
Sorry for spelling errors ans silly humor, I do want to know what it is though!.
I suspect it's Tenebrio molitor - a type of flour beetle. If you just find one I wouldn't be concerned, it may well have come in from outside, but if you find several it might be well to check that they haven't invaded your kitchen
