These are all wasps (order Hymenoptera). I don't know the first one, but the others look like species in the Tenthredinidae family. The one in the middle may be Tenthredo brevicornis, and the one on the bottom T. livida.

Top one is a species of Nomada, AKA Nomad bees or wasp bees. They are very wasp-like bees, but bees nonetheless, and are cleptoparasites of other solitary bee species.
