Hi, I found this sharks tooth in a cenomanian channel lag deposit, and initially thought it might be a rather worn Polyacrodus (illingworthi?) tooth, but then started to doubt this thinking maybe it was Heterodontus. I was hoping someone here might be able to give a more positive ID.
The tooth is 12mm along its longest dimension.
I was copied into a similar enquiry to this by email a while ago - can I check this hasn't been answered by email already? If it's not been, I will try and get an answer for you.
