Hello can anyone tell me if this is a dinosaur bone and if it is what part and type of dinosaur it came from. We found this over west wight, isle of wight, This was taken with the web cam will try and take some more detailed pictures

Much better pictures, thanks! I'm afraid I don't think this is fossil bone though. I can see what you're thinking, as fossil bone does have a "spongy" internal appearance - the spaces in recent bone remain, often filled in with minerals during fossilisation. But the internal texture is not quite right - this is more granular and irregular than the regular spongy texture of fossil bone. The external surface and overall shape don't suggest bone either.
It's really hard to identify what kind of rock it is from photographs (even good ones!) but it looks siliceous so I'm thinking probably chert or maybe even a man-made material.
