Identify please

Can you identify this insect please? It was on the outside of my window and I had to get it onto my hand to be photographed. Its body was about an inch long and varying shades of brown with silvery white neck, wings, and hind legs?

It is a bug, but is Leptoglossus occidentalis - Western Conifer Seed Bug. It's an introduced species from the USA:
