What bug is this

I found a big on my towel and I want to know what it is please .

    That's rather a fuzzy photo...

    But I think it might be one of the green shieldbugs.

    They are harmless, but can make a fair bit of noise as they crash into things when flying around a room.

     

    The common green shieldbug is the most likely, Palomena prasina

    A rarer possibility is the southern green shieldbug, Nezara viridula
