Orchids located for 2014

Hi Everyone Aussie Ed here from Bury St Edmunds. I've started a new thread as the original 'Seen any Good Orchids lately' goes back through 2010 to 2013. (Worth looking back if interested)

It is too early to report any flower head sightings but I am pleased to report that there are 34 plants now in my back lawn having set aside a dedicated area last year (location IP33 3SE), and 23 plants in a public green space (location IP333XH) which we have pegged off as a 'wild flower conservation area' and Council have been very supportive in not mowing the area.  I'll post photos later.

Are you only interested in orchids in UK? I have photos of some in Spain.

First Bee Orchids last year were flowering on 18th June, this year the first bud has opened today; 22nd May!  Also last year I had around 8 plants and this year at least 20, probably more.  All I need to do now is stop visitors blindly walking over them! They are on a south facing bank and flat area created when we scooped out the side of a drainage ditch in North East Norfolk.  I'll take a photo when more are out in flower.
