Please help identify this river invertebrate?

This was found on Thursday 17th April 14 in a fast flowing section of the river severn, near the river bank, amongst vegetation (grasses) at Jackfield, Telford, Shropshire.  It darted around the container very quickly. It was found alongside cadis fly and mayfly nymphs during a river dipping exercise for an Open University investigation. The identification cards provided by the university allowed us to identify all he other invertebrates found but not this one so if you are able to help identify this species I would be most grateful as it would help with my report write-up.
