bird skeleton identification help

We found this bird skeleton propped up on this post. The wing span was huge, does anyone have any ideas what type of bird this is?

Would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Could be a buzzard, but photos not clear enough for an ID. You should have gotten closer and taken photos of details such as feet and head/bill that can help an ID. 'Huge' wing span doesn't mean anything for appreciating size. Over one metre means something (could be Common Buzzard). Two metres could mean Golden Eagle. Both are large and both can seem 'huge' to different people.
