Can anyone identify this spider?

Believe it to be one of the false widow family. Is this a normal size or a particularly big?

    Hi Shashaeff,

It's a Steatoda nobilis (noble false widow), it's a good size. Yours looks about 13.5mm(?), generally stated to be 14mm (though we used to have a massive female living over our front door...difficult to confirm her size as she rarely came more than an inch or so out of her lair). Give her few juicy woodlice and you may have a recordbreaker yet? ;-)
