What is this?  Turtle shell?  Sea sponge? Mammoth tusk?

I found this in Mallorca in the summer holidays and if it is a fossil it is Neogene in age ( I think around 10 million years old.)  At first, I thought it was just some kind of old pot, but when I looked inside I could see it looked natural made- not man made.  The inside has a ivory texture, but it is definietly fully fossilised.  Could it be the end of a mammoth/mastodon tusk which went inside the skull?

It is very different to any other fossil I found there.  It has a very different texture and it looks like it has different minerals in it, which is why I think it could have come from Africa originally?  Could it be turtle shell?  It looks the right shape, but I'm not really sure

Here are the possobilitys I think it could be:

Mammoth tusk?

Turtle shell?

Sea sponge?

Agated coral?

What do you think?

It is approximately 5.5cm
