Please could anyone help in identifying this jaw bone found on Paignton beach, Devon (see attached photos)
It appears to have had two rows of teeth, only one remains and it has a small nostril.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
This is the lower jaw of a Monk Fish
This jaw is too short and wide to be Monkfish. I'm not sure which species it is but it is not a Lophius species.
