big spider. need identification.

Hi all, I recently found this spider on my gate door. I live in Norfolk if that makes any difference. I dont think its dangerous but u would just like tovknow what is living in by back garden. I have also found a false widow on my shed but I dont think its the 'potentially' dangerous ones.

They are quite common, but hide away in cracks during the day so are not often seen, building a web at night. They can be a bit tetchy & have been known to give a little nip, but the venom is not anything for a human to worry fact there is no UK spider that can do you serious harm. Problems may arise from allergies or infected bites, as with any insect bite/sting.
