I think you have chosen the most likely species - Agriphila geniculea.
For reference, these are also similar, but I have not compared their distributions with northern Italy:
A. tersellus - - http://pathpiva.wifeo.com/agriphila-tersellus.php
Pediasia contaminella - http://www.lepiforum.de/lepiwiki.pl?Pediasia_Contaminella
yes, they are all present here, I was undecided from A. geniculea and A. tolli.
I did not find substantial differences, so I based on the photos around the web.
Do you think I could say Agriphila cf geniculea?
Yes, almost - you should include '.', that is: Agriphila cf. geniculea
For aff., cf., ? and other terms of 'open nomenclature' see Peter Bengston's paper here - http://www.webcitation.org/5vxR3btgz.
It is often tempting to use '?', but in many circumsances that causes a problem - because '?' cannot be used in file names of many computer operating systems (it is OK in Apple/IOS). It really is a shame that reasonable usage should be curtailed in this way, but that's life!
