I found this leaf and i've never seen anything like it. Anyone have an idea what kind of tree this came from?

I put a women's size 8 flip flop beside the leaf to show size.
Without a picture of the tree or at least its branch I would say it looks like a leaf from an Indian bean tree. (Catalpa bignonioides) a tree from the USA not India as its name might suggest
As you didn't say where you found it, I can only surmise if it's in the UK it's from an introduced plant.
The flowers have a very nice scent and give way to long thin pods in the autumn.
Catalpa - yes, definite possibility.
As is Paulownia tomentosa
Long thin seed pods would distinguish (Paulownia are rather egg-shaped).

I found this leaf on my sofa and was puzzled - four kids in and out so there's no telling who brought it home. I've Never seen a leaf like this and became very curious.
