Hi - This was found on the beach at Holland. Holland is on the Essex coast between Clacton and Walton. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it is?
It is tempting to see something more, but I think it is just trace fossils, in the form of burrows.
Yours might just about be assignable to Thalassinoides

Thank you. We thought maybe it was something to do with sea weed. My children and I found a few and were intrigued to find out what they might be. Thanks for the links.
