Firstly, neither of these species is uncommon in SE England, both are very widespread and most of us live side by side with them every day.

The first 2 pics are Nuctenea umbratica (walnut orb weaver). A bit short tempered and capable of a nip, usually hidden away during the day.

3rd pic is Steatoda nobilis, one of the false widow species (emphasis on the "false"). Despite their overblown reputation they are quite docile, bites (very rare) only usually occur if they get trapped in clothing and are being crushed. I have one that has set up home in my living room, she sticks to her web and is really on the timid side & bolts for cover if disturbed. I wouldn't want a large one living in my bedroom but otherwise I'm quite happy to leave them be, in the home.

Neither are dangerous to humans. I wouldn't try and handle them...but I wouldn't fret/worry about their presence either.
