Tree Identification, please.

I have noticed a tree growing here in Gloucester that I have not seen before and would be grateful for identification.  Photos are attached.

    I think it is a pecan, Carya illinoinensis (or maybe another species of Carya),

    going on the dense glossy foliage with leaflets in opposite pairs and with a terminal leaflet.

    See if you can find any nuts (or other fruit) on the ground, from last year.
