Bee Parasite

I photographed this bee and noticed that it seems to have a parasite at the top of one of its legs, I dont think it is pollen. Is this a parasite

    Hello,

    I don't think it's a parasite. It looks like Parasitellus, which despite its name is a phoretic mite. These mites use large insects (bumblebees, carrion beetles, chafers, etc.) as we use buses to move around. They just don't pay a ticket.
