Hi, I found this at Maylandsea, Essex, could you help or direct me to someone who can? Sheppey Fossils have suggested I may be a new species.
I can't help you in regards to the indentification of your fossil, but as an ornithologist I'm struggling to place it within the birds. will be watching with interest.
Thanks, Gareth Dyke at Southampton University wants to write a paper on it as it is rare to find such a complete pelvis.
